Partner with Us

  • Landlords: we are seeking Duluth area landlords who are open to providing housing to individuals leaving our transitional housing program. Residents have felony backgrounds and will have a history of employment and on-time rent payments when they leave our facility. They will have support of a case manager and Vita Nova staff who can assist the landlord and tenant in the event of conflict or other challenges. If you are selling a multi-family facility we may be interested in purchasing it as-is.

  • Donors: our greatest need is financial, and we occasionally have needs for certain household items, clothing for residents, and other necessities for our programs. We have limited storage space, so we cannot necessarily accept items that we do not have an immediate need for. Please contact us if you are interested in donating goods.   • Community organizations: are you interested in partnering with Vita Nova or replicating our services? We are building our network of support for residents and seeking to purchase or manage more facilities for individuals who are leaving incarceration.

  • Volunteers: we do not have frequent need of volunteers, but we may reach out for help cleaning or painting apartments between residents or other short-term opportunities. Let us know you are interested in volunteering and we will add you to our list to contact when we have these opportunities.
